I like playing piano. When I was in the primary school, my father taught me a piano piece to celebrate the Children’s Day. Since then I have a special feeling about piano. Sitting on the bench and open the keyboard cover, we are able to create wonderful sounds with fingers sliding on the keyboard. It seems to be an amazing magic. In addition ,recent researches show that playing piano will promote spatial cognitive development, which is essential for the performance in math, engineering and other pursuits. Besides, I am interested in Jazz dancing, skating and swimming.

Here I will share a good method for stress relief. I wonder you might have guessed the answer. Yes,it is doing yoga! The time you sit on a yoga mat, you are required to concentrate on what you are doing at the moment, and none of other things are allowed to cross your mind . As a result, you can learn not to dwell on past events or wonder about the future, the ability of being in the moment is considered to be very helpful in terms of relieving stress.
