Research Interests:
Bioinformatics|Mass Spectreometry-based Proteomics
Mass spectrometry (MS) is the key experimental method for
large-scale protein identification. My research contributes
to the technologies for mass spectra data analysis. To be
more specific, my research is to develop algorithms and softwares
to identify tandem mass (MS/MS) spectra.
I'm currently research on crosslinking proteomics, which means
chemical crosslinking coupled with mass spectrometry. With
CXMS, protein structure and protein interaction can be effectively
studied.
